Celebrating Chuseok: The Korean Thanksgiving
Join New Pathways Arts Academy as we celebrate
Chuseok (추석) , a traditional Korean holiday often called
Korean Thanksgiving. It's a time for families to gather under the full moon to honor ancestors, give thanks for the autumn harvest, and enjoy traditional foods like songpyeon rice cakes.
You can say "추석 잘 보내세요!" (Chuseok jal bonaeseyo) to wish someone a great Chuseok.
Our school celebration, led by Ms. Choe and Ms. Fraidenraich, will take place on
Monday, October 6th, during Town Hall.
